Return Eligibility

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged item for verification. After confirmation, we will offer a replacement or refund for the item.
3. Quality Concerns
For any concerns related to product quality or craftsmanship, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Our quality assurance team will review your request and decide on eligibility for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized jewellery (e.g., engraved or made-to-order pieces) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or alteration by the customer are not eligible for return.
Returns are not accepted for international orders, except for products damaged during transit.
